Terms of Service

1. Booking & scheduling

Submitting the inquiry form is a request, not a confirmed appointment — we'll follow up with pricing and confirm your shoot date and time by email or phone. A shoot is only considered scheduled once you receive that confirmation from us.

2. Property access & readiness

You're responsible for making sure the property is accessible at the scheduled time and reasonably camera-ready (lights on, clutter cleared, etc.). If we arrive and can't gain access, or the property isn't ready to shoot, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Rescheduling & cancellations

Weather-dependent shoots (twilight, exterior, aerial) may need to be rescheduled at our discretion for safety or image quality. Cancellations with reasonable advance notice are not charged; late cancellations or repeated no-shows may be billed a cancellation fee.

4. Image usage & licensing

Once your invoice is paid in full, you're granted a license to use the delivered images and video for marketing the specific property they were shot for — listings, social media, print, and syndication to real estate platforms. We retain copyright ownership of the images and may use them in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

5. Delivery & revisions

We aim to deliver edited images within a reasonable turnaround of the shoot. If something in the edit doesn't look right, let us know — reasonable revision requests on the original shoot are included; reshoots are handled case by case.

6. Liability

We carry standard care shooting inside and around your property, but we're not liable for pre-existing property conditions, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the shoot in question.

7. Text messaging

By providing your phone number through an inquiry, the client portal, or by contacting us directly, you agree to receive text messages from us about your scheduled shoot. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
