What we collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address, and any additional details you provide about the shoot. If you use the chat widget on this site, we store the messages in that conversation so our team can respond to you.
How we use it
We use this information only to schedule and deliver your shoot, communicate with you about your booking, and send invoices. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our booking system — a database/hosting provider (Supabase) to store booking and chat data, and a transactional email provider to send booking confirmations and invoices. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Chat & cookies
The chat widget assigns your browser an anonymous session so we can keep track of your conversation across visits — it doesn't identify you personally unless you tell us your name or contact info in the conversation itself. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Text messaging
If you provide your phone number — by submitting an inquiry on this site, signing into the client portal, or contacting our business number directly — we may text you about your scheduled shoot: confirmations, reminders, and day-of updates. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We don't share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing hello@altavidastudios.com. We keep booking and invoice records as long as reasonably needed for our business and tax purposes, and delete chat conversations and declined booking requests on request.
